Question on wheels coating (machine silver)

Thinking of changing my current wheels from flat black to machine silver, anyone know the process to achieve this? I'm looking for a good shop in SoCal to do this

I'm looking for a good shop in SoCal to do this but would like to get an idea how it is done so I know what to expect. How much am I looking at here? I can simply get the wheels powder coated to silver for a couple hundreds but I prefer the clean look of machine/polished over silver. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
