Default VDC calibration with new tyres

I have had 2 x 350 and 2x 370zds. I have had a problem With the VDC when I change just the rear tyres.
If I just change the rear tyres the VDC will intervene on corners and I then have to replace the front tyres as well even though they are still serviceable .
it seems to be the difference between the rolling radius of the new tyres and the old upset the calibration.
Has any body else had this problem.
