VDC calibration with new tyres
I have had 2 x 350 and 2x 370zds. I have had a problem With the VDC when I change just the rear tyres.
If I just change the rear tyres the VDC will intervene on corners and I then have to replace the front tyres as well even though they are still serviceable . it seems to be the difference between the rolling radius of the new tyres and the old upset the calibration. Has any body else had this problem. |

What size are your front tires and rear tires?

This happens with non-OEM tyre sizes that have diameters outside VDC tolerance - I use 245/40R18 and 275/30R18 which are within 4mm overall diameter and do not have a problem.
As Rusty says, what sized tyres are you using ......... |
