Will a F: 255/45/18 R: 285/40/18 Setup work?
Long story short, bought some wheels from a buddy with a G35. Swapped them on, ABS, Brake, VDC OFF, etc. lights came on. Found out the hard way the Z likes a slightly shorter tire on the rear than the front. I used this chart to try to matchup the correct tires before i purchase new fronts: http://www.importtire.com/itphotos/doc-od-ref.pdf
So before I go through this again, I just want some confirmation that setup will work on my car without screwing with the sensors. |
If you mean ABS, I don't see a problem here with your sizes, personally had 255/40 295/35 19 wheels recently and didn't find any issue in track session (just fuel starvation "-_-)
