help with tires

I've really only had jeeps so I don't know much about car tires just mud terrains for jeeps. Found a guy trading his 350Z in and he has sport rays with tires and is going to trade me for my base 18s and tires and some cash.

I've been trying to see if these are summer/winter/all terrain tires. He says they still have 50% life (I haven't seen them in person just this pic). I assume that these are summer tires. He says they are bridgestones.

He gave me the option to just buy outright or to do a trade. I don't want to put replicas on my Z but as much as I want volks I am already saving for another Jeep. Hoping this is a good deal. I would feel comfortable still picking them up even if the tires needed to get replaced. Trying to figure out the whole fitment thing is a lot. Yall have some great looking Zs.
