I install my own & you may have a bent rim or bad tire; ensure you are at a competent shop.
Regardless if the balance zeros out; the tire could still have radial runout. If one tire takes excessive weight/ Mark tire & rim where the weight is & turn tire on rim 1/2 turn...if it calls for still a high weight- see if weight followed the tire or the rim. A true road force balance machine may not have long enough fingers to reach wheel bolt holes & hit your rim. Should be an easy fix Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
