Yeah I know, but I might not buy until the end of the year depending on if I can keep my finger off buying Berk HFC. I keep going back & forth on new wheels, one day I want them, the next I think just buying 20mm spacers (for the rears) will be good enough.

IMO the Z deserves better than "good enuff"

You might want to wait til you hear your exhaust without HFC's before you get them...I know my car with just HFC's is about as loud as I would ever want it.

Very true, which is what I will probably do, I think with my intakes (sh1t) and the exhaust I am going to try to stop buying performance parts and upgrade the radio next. Save up some money for wheels/tires, which I might go with 18s.

any reason for 18's other than tire cost? The 18's just look small on our Z, so if you aren't going to track then I'd say stick with 19's.

Ya, I don't even have intakes on my car, and I already feel bad turning on my car at 6am in the garage where it echoes.

Not just cost, but you get a few more choices I have seen with tires in the 18 range. 18 seems to get every size in every brand with everything.
I am just making this thread to see what options I have for 18s, more of to fill the curiosity I have.

I see...you want to go crazy with some random tire

I can't think of many options in 18's other than the forgestars. I think Mike already tried RPF1's and found them not to clear the brakes.

If you don't mind using spacers, check out the new Enkei PF01's.

The extra sidewall can be helpful if the roads are not so great. I prefer the extra sidewall for winter tires.

that is a good point. But I know he is in Texas with me so he won't be using winter tires

Mike, when you got your wheels widened how did they add the width? in the center of the wheel? have you had any problems(vibrations, not mounting correctly)? i am VERY interested in getting a set of wheels widened. If you dont mind, would you please pm me how much it cost you? THANKS!
