Default Wheel recommendations? Would love your help.

Sort of a new member, I don't really post that much. Greetings fellow Z members. I just wanted to get some recommendations from you guys on what wheels I should get. Price isn't a giant factor here. I am wanting black wheels of some sort. I'm looking for wheels that will be better than the stock forged rays. So no heavy cast wheels lol. I just want to know what would look best on a Monterey Blue 370z w/ the black headlights, smoked tails, black door handles (hoping you guys get the metal image). Would love your help! Thanks!

I agree that black wheels will look great on your blue Z. While you want lightweight wheels, and price isn't really a factor, so much comes down to personal taste. Any particular reason you want to replace your Rays? I mean, they're strong, lightweight wheels. Also, are you looking to stay with 19"?

I like the concave look with seven double spokes.

Money not a factor?
go to Forgeline.com & look at the monoblock forged wheels.
i personally like the SE1's in trans.red on my silver.
2nd would be the GA1R's
BGTV8 and jburch like this.

I second the Forgelines. You can get any finish on them you want. They're made in Dayton Ohio. Plus not many Z owners have them.

And YOU said money isn't a problem.

A lot of people have them, but I still prefer VR TE37s and Work Emotion over any other brand. I'm very biased though.

How many Z owners here have them, besides me?

I'm many getting rid of the stock rays so I can put them on my s14 240sx. I would stay with 19". I do like the Volk G25's. Just contemplating the polished lip or not.

Indeed, the G25s look good. So do the G12s and the RE30s. I'm also partial to the Wedssport SA-55s.

I'm a sucker for black wheels with a polished lip. There's just something about them that look really good, in my opinion. Especially at night.

Good luck with your search!

I'm about tired of seeing black wheels; they even come factory in a lot if vehicles now: just my opinion

I used to dislike black wheels because I thought they looked dirty. That was then, but now I really like them. Would I buy black wheels? Sure. But I'll choose gunmetal, bronze, even silver over them.
