Upgrading my wheels.. Do I need other parts also?
 

Currently I am running on base wheels 18x8 +43 front, 18x9 +15mm rear
225-50-18 / 245-45-18. I want to upgrade to Avant Garde M310 Matte Black (Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 -- 245/40/19 Front | 285/35/19 Rear

19x9.5 Front (20 offset) 5x114.3
19x11 Rear (18 offset) 5x114.3

Is there anything else I would need to get these on my car? Your time and help is greatly appreciated..

You'll need new lug nuts. Getyourwheels will help you with everything you need.

They'll also be able to tell you if they recommend you get hub centric rings or not for this particular wheel. Some choose to do that, some don't.
