Upgrading my wheels.. Do I need other parts also?

Currently I am running on base wheels 18x8 +43 front, 18x9 +15mm rear
225-50-18 / 245-45-18. I want to upgrade to Avant Garde M310 Matte Black (Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 -- 245/40/19 Front | 285/35/19 Rear

19x9.5 Front (20 offset) 5x114.3
19x11 Rear (18 offset) 5x114.3

Is there anything else I would need to get these on my car? Your time and help is greatly appreciated..

P.S. I have no WiFi at home so I can't do much research right now on my own (so I come to Barnes N Nobles to ask my questions, leave.. come back when I can to get my answers) but soon I will get my own knowledge done
