19" SRR SP3 for the 370Z

So I've been shopping around and I've been told regardless what size I get (SSR SP3) in 19" I'd have to get spacers (5mm) for the front for break clearance....

Can anyone verify this for me?

Just called SSR USA for you They said 19" SP3 will need HP disk up front and NR in the rear to clear Akebono's. No spacer needed.

Wow you are amazing! Thanks! I'm located in Aus so it's a bit hard finding contacts here.... I went through jdm concept here in Australia where you can import jap rims and the dude I was dealing with told me I needed spacers in the front regardless :S Which got me soo confused....

It doesn't matter of the offset right? Regardless if it's a HP or NR disk they will fit with the akebono brake calipers?

We have a great thread with a ton of Z's running SSR's in it

SSR Wheels Thread

Most have specs listed within the thread and as others have said as long as you select the right disc they will easily clear

with multi piece wheels, it's not the offset that dictates the brakes clearance like a one piece wheel. It's just the disk that determines that.

Typical fitment would be 19x9.5 +25 and 19x10.5 +18 NR

If you want to go a little more aggressive, you can do 19x9.5 +12 HP, 19x 11 +11 NR. May require fender rolling depending on tires and how low you are.

What kind of wheels are those. These are the only ones that I have seen that I like. If the centers were gunmetal, they would be perfect for a black car.
