Gloss Black or Matte Black TE 37's on Black Z?
Alright I'm doing the TE's but can't decide what will look better on my magnetic black Z! If you guys could post up pics of both gloss black and matte black wheels on a Z and they don't need to be the TE's I would just like to see what I like better on the black Z!
P.S. Also I have made this a poll to see what everyone thinks in general. |
Matte imo. My sig has the link to my wheels though mine has plished lips unlike the TE37's.

Wow that looks way good.. hmm. This may be up to a coin toss haha

Hey man if you want to see what some flat black look like against or even mounted on your ride feel free to swing by, I'm in Lehi. My winter set is in my garage (pic in my album and journal thread).
They're not the wheels you're thinking about of course but may help you decide for/against the finish. FWIW I voted glossy - on a MB I think that would look sick. |
Thanks! I just may do that! I really dig your journal too its coming along great. When my stuff starts showing up for my z I may start up a journal as well!. I will give you a call if i get up that way and check out those wheels!

I say matte. They'll still give you that black on black look without blending into the paint as much. At least matte will break it up some instead of a giant wall of gloss black.

Matte TE37's all the way. Check my member page for Matte Black on an MB 370z. (the pics in there were from an hour after the wheels put on, so the tires are in desparate need of some form of tire shine.)
