When will serious tires like the Advan AD08 and Potenza RE-11 be available in the stock sport package sizes?

The Nitto NT-05 is available in 275/35/19 (stock rear size). For the front I plan on going with 265/35/19 RE-11's...not the stock size but very close to stock diameter for the fronts, and they will fit fine on the stock front wheels. You are right though, I am really hoping for more options in the extreme performance street tire category for our cars. Not much out there yet.
