ahhh gotcha. I was just about to say I thought that the current ETS II's are R2 compound.

honestly rain use isn't even a concern for me since I would only run them when I went to the strip.

original plan was running 18x12" wheels but nothing I found really clears the sport brakes well. would help add some thicker meat out back.

Yeah, you might have to get a set of 350Z track 18's and have them widened...or run a ETS II with no camber also, and play with air pressure...

yea I've looked at a few options and no decision yet.

not sure If I want to sink the money in a whole wheel/tire set-up, rear camber arms, etc... just to shave off a few tenths.

but it's winter so I have time.

What tires are you using at the strip now?

just summer tires. 2013 was oem size 245/275 PSS's

2014 I ran 265/305 RE-11s

plan on sticking with RE-11s for regular driving since I DD my car march-oct/nov.

If you can i'd get a set of ETS II on another set of wheels for the strip then and go from there. to be honest i'd run the ETS II as my daily lol or look into the new SS tires coming out. it'll be a better DD tire, but a very soft one.

just would be a waste for the amount of miles I put on mine to DD those.

the separate wheel and tire setup is the ideal solution.

90 ST likes this.

295 and 265 are actually a perfect fit on nismo rims. R888 on mine and they are sex.
