My wife and I looked at many of the high rise locations along the strip but price per square foot is stupid high. Saved over 100k (and got almost an extra 1,000 sf) and bought a house away from the strip instead. I also travel a lot but its nice to come home to a relaxed setting but still be a short drive from a fun night out. Infamous and JENZ like this.
