Reeps! Have you given thought into painting the rims? If they are two piece it will be easier!

They are all one piece. I was thinking of plasti dipping them but I think I want some volks. Still might dip them even just to protect them.

I definately prefer powder coating over painting rims. Lots of places do it in Vegas. Mine was less than $400 for the set.

New colors add new life into alot of things. If done properly. Powdercoating rims is a great example.

I had rims done there, took forever...............Glad I did them just wish I had gone a different route. I have found many places that powder coat but I have not tried them yet. Soon I will be trying a place over in Henderson. I will let you all know how it turns out.

If it's Shine Shop (American Powder Coating etc etc) then Ryan recommends them. He went and got me a quote today for mine in gloss black. They said $400 and two day turn around.

Hi, I like the gloss black on the roof. I was thinking about having it done on mine. But I was kind of worried that they might cut in to the paint when they have to trim the vinyl. Did you have anything happen and would you mind if I asked how much it cost?

Thanks!

Thanks!

Don't see anything like cuts into the paint. 5150 charged me $100 and it was done in 30 minutes.

Thanks for the info, how about when you want to remove the vinyl? Anyone have any problems with it effecting the paint?

Ugh. I didn't know you did the door handles!

I guess I haven't popped in here in a while.

Looks good! (everything, including the handles. )

Hamburgers and handles are next for me. I WISH I could do body colour (I think), but I am just gonna go with black.
