Thanks guys for the response!!! I had them test fitted and the rear wheels stick out almost a half inch from the fender. I'll still be an active member here since I plan on buying a 370z within 2 years - i know that sounds like a long time, but it'll be here before you know it.

Again, thanks!

Was there any car events going on last night???

I was on my way back from Ft. McDowell Casino last night (I won $120 playing blackjack, and played in a free Texas hold'em tournament!!), and at around midnight, I was exiting Mckellips on the 101, since the 101 South was closed, and there was like 15-20 EVO's and STi's. A couple of EVO 9's 2 or 3 EVO X's, and a bunch of modified subbies...

They headed down McClintock, and turned on University towards Mill

I dunno, I was on a weird date with my girl, her 2 friends and one of their boyfriends and his 2 kids and his work buddy...we went to go see the movie UP in 3d. Good thing she was driving cause I had at least a half dozen dos xx amber before we left.

We wanted to see something uplifting since we went to a funeral earlier in the day.

Funerals are never a good thing... That is definitely an odd date!! hahaha...

I went and saw "The Hangover" on Friday...

Hangover is the funniest movie of all time!!! I'm sorry, I have to label it that. IMO, it out did "I love you man", "Pineapple Express", and just about everything else in recent memory!!

Thoughts on Star Trek?

Star trek was good. All the acting was pretty decent. I spent the first quarter of the movie wondering why it was so different from the original story, but it turns out there was a reason for that. Cant wait for the next.

I felt the same thing... I was confused for like the first 30 minutes, but then it all makes sense.

Yeah, I like the way they "re-did" star trek. Almost made it cool again to the non trekkies. I'm a closet trekkie i guess so I thought it was very good. One thing the kept me spinning was the law of relativity and how the time space dohicky corolated to the tv show "lost"

Lost makes it seem that there is predestiny and there isn't anything you can do to change the future, but star trek definitely makes you think that your future is up to you, kinda uplifting i guess.

I got a couple seasons into lost before I missed a couple episodes, and basically, that was all she wrote. I think once its over, i'll rent the reasons like I did "the shield."

I heard shatner was all pissed off they didn't write him into this. I like cameos, but honestly, I don't know where he would have fit in.

I need to start paying more attention to this thread. Thank God they did not ink in shattner. That would have taken too much explanation after his death in Generations.

I also love the whole time travel thing with JJ (Lost and Star Trek). Has anyone thought of the fact that we may see Nero in another Trek later? If that black hole just causes them to time travel again, and his ship has the ability to repair itself...... Hmmmm, would not be surprised to see JJ do a Lost thing where he shows up again.

Slidefox: I was at Intense about a month ago chatting with Han and Darren and I know they are now working with Joe for painting (he painted my 240 to Silvia conversion Bayside Blue; came out VERY NICE!), so I know they have quality paint products. I need to know, however if I would have success painting the Mine's CF parts. Thoughts anyone?

I wouldnt mind if he came back. I thought it was a little odd that they made romulans (sp?) look different than the vulcans.

whatever you do, dont use AECarbon, I made a better business bureau complaint about George Husar who pretty much screwed a number of people.

Endgame 06-10-2009 01:11 AM

Taken and noted L33TZOR... Thanks...

Frost - I think they looked the same, just a little rougher. If the Vulcans are the sophisticates, the Romulans are the thugs....
