That could very well be me. try and get a glimpse of the license plate. it will be obvious.

It bolts on with some double sided tape. Intense did something different to ensure it stays on and someone with a wrench can't just unbolt it and take it home...

Not me, but coincidentally I was outside elephant bar (at the tmobile store actually) last week with my PG. I've seen a couple PG's (one was a roadster) on the 51 before.
