Thanks for all the info. Looking forward to seeing you guys around town!

I only drive the Z about once or twice a week, and If you ever see my Z in the east valley (on a Saturday morning), it'll be my wife driving it. Her personal trainer is located at Gilbert & Ray and she likes the ride in it more than her lil Fiat... :eekdance:

Hi All,

Just picked up my Z this weekend. Loving everything about the car so far except for the funky clutch peddle feel(I plan on doing the peddle spring mod to see if that will help). I'm not planning on any huge mods at this point, but who knows.

One question I had for you all was, have you had issues with oil temps in summer in traffic? I commute from Gilbert to the Biltmore area for work on daily basis and was wondering if I should invest in an aftermarket oil cooler? Any help is appreciated!

My '13 has a factory oil cooler, but my temps still run about 220ish in Summer, IIRC. Nothing too bad, but I try to keep them down if I can.

Spotted a Z in my parking garage a few minutes ago. Didn't know there was another County employee with one!

 Nice! What dept?

I've seen a couple roll around downtown every now and again.

brutusvk 05-28-2015 11:58 AM

I work downtown. There are two 370s and two 350s in our parking lot.

Hey guys, if you haven't heard already, we're offering free dyno runs and no sales tax on any tuning product bought from us, mainly for you Arizona guys. If you buy the tuning kit from us, schedule a time to come in and get a before and after dyno run to see the results on your car. A minimum of 3 runs (1 before, 2 after). The dyno and no sales tax saves over $150!

Add the discount we can give you for being on the forum and it becomes something to seriously consider getting! VRTuned ECU Flash

I would get one. My temps were getting too hot. Once I installed one, my temps dropped by about 20 degrees. Well worth it for anyone in the Phoenix/Tucson area. I think I stay around 200-210 mid-summer

Getting ready to pull the trigger soon as the summer temps seem to be barreling down on us. Did any of you guys add an oil pressure gauge after installing the cooler? I was thinking of adding one in case the cooler springs a leak or something or am I just being paranoid?
