Squib, is that the Z that was for sale about 4-5 months ago in denver??? I called about one that was supercharged and I think it had saclam exhaust. Guy was asking something like 30k for it. I paid nearly that for my stock Z! I only missed it by a few days. I called and he had just sold it. :(

This looks like toooo much fun!

Planning to go again this next Friday!!

That is the one. I had watched it for awhile and finally had to go take a look at it, then a couple days later it was mine. I was looking at stock 370's for around the same price too, so when I saw this and it had everything already done it was a great deal.

Pending weather I'm thinking of turning some HPR laps this Friday, October 11.

I'll set up the tent at about 7am and would be happy to take any of you Denver guys along with me for some ride along laps. (just bring a helmet)

I plan to run morning only (8 to noon).

I just returned from HPR and had a great day. I ran with two guys with Facory 5 kit Cobras!!!! Super cool guys with amazing Cobra cars. Also there was a random (non the370z.com member) 370 guy named Kim out there. We all had a great 8-noon session. (kim is probably still out there turning and burning, he bought an all day pass):driving:

My only two tech comments Are:

1. I wore soo much pad of my front (HPR plus) brakes that my fluid level dropped in the brake reservoir, and I got ABS, VDC, and BRAKE light illumination right at the end of my day. I recommend bringing extra brake fluid to top off if you push your brakes as hard as I do (ie VERY HARD):eekdance:

2. For the second track day in a row, I experienced "Fuel starvation" on turn 2 at half tank. (again right at the end of my day). Luckily I was able to straighten out and regain power. I added 5 gallons from a jug which brought me to 3/4 tank and no more problems after that. I definitely recommend topping off tank in morning and bringing at least 5 gallons extra gas for a morning session. Kim filled up at the track at 9 bucks a gallon which got REEEALY expensive, poor guy...:mad:

All and all another GREAT day at HPR! Stay tuned for some track video of me chasing around the kit cobras over the next couple days. (I have to extract from the track app and upload to YouTube over my slow internet Which will take some time... maybe by Sunday!) :tup:

Great video buddy!!! I sure missed out....looks like the mount did much better this time too. That puff of smoke was scary, but his pass was amazing...great cars. Dude your avatar on YouTube is very funny! Maybe let's plan another track day later this month and a group meet again. Before we know it...the snow will be falling and our days will be limited.

I'm in! ... but my next day off which coincides with HPR open lapping day (I checked HPR callendar) is November 16th. (I'm working next two Fridays, and will be surfing in Hawaii Nov 10th)

I'm in, since I finally got a day when I'm out of the Army! Hopefully the furlows will be done really soon tired of my allowance being short.

If anyone is interested in the Nov. 10 HPR open lapping day I will be there - can't make the 16th. Would be cool to run with other 370's but I can seem to get free time when you guys meet up.

Hey guys of the denver area Hopefully some one can help a z bro out haha. Im looking to buy this guys nismo from the aurora area. I currently have a black nismo and this guy is selling his with a salvage title which I dont mind as long as there isnt anything wrong with the frame or clearly wrong with the engine where it wont run right. Also It has a twin turbo on it and hes willing to let it go for $23500! sounds too good to be true so I am will to pay someone well for time if they would go out and check out the car for me since im in sc. HPR TRACK DAY DETAILS. (Winter guidelines)
Winter (Approximately November 1 – March 31)

 Winter Lapping Days will be identified as “Winter Pricing” on the HPR Calendar.
 DURING WINTER HOURS CALL THE TRACK HOTLINE AT 303-769-4771 TO CHECK IF THE LAPPING DAY HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER
OR LACK OF SIGNUPS. Please use the hotline and do not contact track personnel to inquire about the status of a lapping day.
 WINTER ONLY - If less than 10 people have registered via the online signup by 12:00 NOON the FRIDAY before the Lapping Day, the Lapping Day will be
canceled due to lack of signups. If the Lapping Day is canceled due to lack of signups everyone who registered will receive a 100% credit towards a future
Lapping Day. This credit will be visible when you get to the payment page in the MotorsportReg registration system.
 The recorded message will be updated periodically during the week. A final determination with regards to signups for BOTH Saturday and Sunday lapping will be
recorded just after 12:00 noon on the FRIDAY before. A final determination with regards to weather will be made as the weather dictates, but no later than 8:00
am the day of.
 Gates will open no later than 9:00 am.
 Drivers/Riders Meeting will be at 9:40.
 Track will be hot from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm with no lunch break.

No Video this week but had a great HPR lap day today with Kim and his blue 2013 sporrt 6mt. I completely destroyed what was left of my tires and have some Conny D/W in the mail from tire rack (265/285s). I'll mount them up next Week sometime, so no more tire excuses for being slow! I'm hoping they make good track shoes!! Kim's Pilot super sports (265/305s I think) are AWESOME!
