Overall good, but can see the issue
Just my $.02 cents. First. Thank you to West Covina Nissan for the Stillen Exhuast System. The time between the order and shipment was very quick.
That said, regarding email communication and tracking, the process from a customer perspective does seem to be not a smooth as other transactions. I attempted to be very clear in my communications, but at the same time calm after reading similar service reviews about West Covina. Let me be clear, my experience was good, but there is definitely a gap in communication. |
