Bride Zieg III Type-R seats

Looking for a pair of the Zieg III Type-R seats (black cloth and FRP body) and req'd mounting hardware with slides. Just need to know for sure before buying that I can maintain stock seat height or lower. Also that a 6'1" tall person with 34" waist will fit.
