Uprev license and cable

Hi,

I'm looking for someone that wants to sell me there used cable with the lisence. Please have a Screenshot showing the lisence has been paired with the cable.

I have a buy sell history of about 5-10 purchases and sales.

Do you need tuning as well or just the cable and license?

Sorry for the delay just the cable and license. Also if possible someone that can update the 2012 ROM I have to work with the new software.
