I see Vivid racing on here and I used to live in Arizona and I have to say no shop has treated me so poorly and they do horrible work too on cars and charge you a arm and a leg for nothing. I would not pick this shop to do anything on my car, I had to throw my two cents in...Read customer reviews about this shop and you guys will know im not the only one. I am not flaming but just giving my opinion to people. So please nobody flame me for this, I am just giving my opinion.

No problem, one of my friends in Arizona took his car there and it was raining and they left his car outside with the window down, the whole interior got soaked...He barely got a apology. If I told you what happened to me, youd be amazed that im not suing this idiotic shop. Luckily I already sold the car they almost ruined.

Also normally I give shops plenty of chances because things can go wrong anywhere, but I gave this place enough chances and things just kept getting worse...Then when I heard from others about their problems and my friends and their experience....I said forget it and just let everyone I talked to at car meets know and gave warnings to everyone.

Both the owners have been forwarded this link and are sorry for your experience and what you have to say. If you could privately PM me your name and/or your friends, they would like to look up the business with us to rectify the situation immediately. As far as cars being left outside, all cars are brought into our shop at the end of every night. This includes all types of cars. If anyones car was rain soaked, this would be news to us, but we would have accepted liability to fix, repair, replace anything that is damaged. We carry full insurance on all cars that come to our shop and treat all cars is if they were one of our own project cars. If anyone would like to see our shop, they can view our live web cam here -

How long ago was your experience with them? Not saying good or bad as I have only talked to Phil a few times but he was quick and responsive to my emails. As time goes on businesses can improve.
