We are offering custom touch screens for the upper center console compartment, as seen on our 370Z. We use it for our Magden Computer System to watch over the cars systems, but the screen can be used for anything, DVD Player, Carputers, etc.

This Performance Computer comes ready to show you a variety of data channels your vehicle has but which the factory doesn't show you. The M.1b connects to your vehicle's OBD-II connector inside the car (equipped on 1996 and later vehicles) and will deliver some critical data channels that aren’t available with standard gauges. For example; Ignition Timing, Throttle Position and Air Intake temperature are just a few seen on most vehicles. Use these gauges to validate your performance upgrades. Been looking into this and other systems like it, my question is though. Will it look better or worse if you set the screen into the cubby to mimic how the stock navigation screen sits? Then you do not need the filler piece around the 7" screen.

That looks just like what I want to get once I have my 370Z (I am not buying the Nissan Sat Nav option). It looks like a great install.

Would you be able to ship the screen and custom mount to the UK? Also, I already have an in car PC so would you be able to supply the software too?

To answer my own question, it looks like the Performance Computer is a piece of purpose built hardware so I will probably have to look elsewhere for some software on the PC.

Is the $400 quoted for parts only or fitted BTW? Would you supply the mounting kit separately?

Personally, I think the way it's done here looks better. Also, because it's not set back into the dash so you can make full full use of the touch screen.

Honestly when we were originally figuring out how we were going to accomplish the second screen, we thought of that too. Trying that out we determined it looks alot better this way. It just sat so much cleaner looking like it was there intentionally, plus with that piece it makes the whole thing flush with the dash. It looks a little bit strange sitting within the cubby, but we could do a custom setup like that if you are interested more in a design like that. It really depends on your taste and personal preference, and since it sits higher its nicer than the OEM Navagation if you did it higher, its more visible and easier to read.

In all honesty the HP/TQ Numbers would be relative since it is basing the numbers on the various sensors around the car. The most reliable and accurate way of determining HP and TQ is to physically dyno it on a GOOD Dyno. Magden is used primarily for monitoring your engine, its faster and more responsive than the HKS CAMP system, since it utilizes a number of sensors all over the car. Its a more technical way of displaying gauges, and you can program it to show many different types of sensors.


We can supply a mounting kit if you are over seas, we could base the kit off of our 370z and send it as a unit to you with instructions on how to install it you would get all the parts you need to install, although i need to talk to my tech to confirm if we would need anything from your 370 to make a full kit. If you were a local that price includes custom fab of the parts you need and installation onto the vehicle. As for the Carputer any basic OS will work, and the cool thing about this screen is its a touch screen so you dont need a mouse, you just have to program your OS, such as windows to work with the touch screen.

Yup the $400 the cost of having our screen installed onto the car, and for the additional $600 you can have the Magden as well. If you need to change your headunit come on it and we can change it out for you, do you already have a headunit you'd like to put in or did you need us to find one for you?

Can you ship the screen and magden computer system to a local tuner in south Florida for install? Would it be difficult for someone else to install and operate it correctly?

I know of much better screens that I would rather use (not saying yours is bad) but are not in touch screen yet because they are waiting on a certain technology to be cheaper.

You can install any screen as long as we have it so with us we can custom fit it for you. Also we can prepare a full package for anyone so you can install it yourself or have a shop install it, its pretty straight forward.

Also, I have a 370Z with Touring package. I would like to keep the Bose system because I don't want to mess with all new components etc., but I would like to have navigation. So would it be possible to just add navigation to the upper Cubby thing? Can I just buy and 7inch navigation and make it fit into your custom bracket? Which navigation system would you recommend? How much would it cost for just the custom bracket kit? Thanks for your time.

I also have tour/bose, no nav. and would like to put a kenwood dnx???? HU with rearview cam. and your beautiful setup maybe a new thin 8" or 10" sub if possible is the upper screen unit able to have a cam. pluged into it? (like rearview cam.)if so can the video be saved with your system??

wondering if you could do this with the pioneer 7". But also with leather and stich down the middle to match? I have HKS Camp 2 so I would not need the computer. PM me if you have any ideas.

hi, can you pm the total price for screen, mounting Magden System...and how difficult it would be for someone to install?

I would like to use a different type of touch screen for my carPC setup. Can you provide some more information on the mounting kit for the monitor please? Is the mounting kit available by itself?

I found this Garmin navigation box that does the GPS navigation and outputs the Video to a screen. Maybe I can use Amplified's screen and custom mounting and plug this navi box to it.
The only down side is the nav takes input from a remote.

I'm still trying to find out how to put a nice touch screen with navigation in the upper console.

Can you create a kit that's a full replacement to the cubby and allows for a single or double din below? I don't really like how unclean it looks having two separate materials in the same location.

Basically looking for a single piece to install for upper and lower options.

Upper for video screen listed above
Lower for customizable headunit installation and an storage insert if a single din head unit is installed
