Ecutek launch control help

Ive had ecutek on my car now for some time. Flat foot shifting works great but i cant get launch control to work. I hold clutch and gas and it just revs it to 7500rpm and will not let me adjust the rpms with the cruise control switch. Also note my cruise control will not set. Do you think that is related?
