Its real simple don't come here if you're expecting to get you hand held and walked over to your seat.

Also if you're explained something very specific, and pretend to understand, but then after don't understand and find the need to bash someone with false information then its not the type of customer wanted.

Lot's of other shop around New England to bother. I guess nobody wants this to die, all the points were made, anyone is free to have their opinion. It doesn't change anything for me I will be just fine
