Your point to roll over and let someone post up false info does not matter to me. If I could come up with a simple example that was similar I would but just don't right now. If he answered his phone and didn't hang up 5 times it would have been resolved. And I told him to stop back down he is 5 minutes from me. All of this because he didn't get a special greeting of some sort, and his AWD light blinked on a dyno. lol

Ok not going to let you lie , LAST POST for me here this is nonsense,

Fact is you called me 3 times in a row because and I didn't answer the phone( cause I'm at work) I answer the 4th time and you say who you are and want to talk. I asked you very nicely if I could call you back when I'm out of work, You answer was NO, really man. Then you text me trying to be someone on the here and looking for help with something" Really I'm not that stupid I still had your number in my phone" after you got caught and I told you I knew who this was, you did you change your tone. We agreed I would call you the following day at lunch. I got tied up at work ( accountant) and couldn't call. you called me AGAIN while I was at work again I didn't answer. So I called you when I was leaving 530pm ish you didn't answer, No problem busy.. Then you called me like 45 mins later and yelled and swore and made it like you wanted to fight me( Wont go your way man, sorry). I again asked you nicely to talk like an adult and we can talk, You started swearing again I hung up. You called back, I answered anyways said again nicely to talk like an adult,,... guess what I hung up again and blocked your number, BTW not before hearing you were going to post here and start problems. So looks like you did that and everyone here can see who you are and WHY I said what I said.
And BTW I'm 1.5 hrs from you not 5 mins. Do everyone a favor close your account ( You opened just to start crap) and walk away .

Thank you for your Time :owned:

No, the option is really for you to walk away. You have no credibility here. ANMVQ had been a respected member for years. You're a bitchy nobody with 20 posts. We all believe him, and every post you make makes his story more believable.

Oh yes you owned me. Let me just crawl under a rock lol

Would someone with some more time on their hands today find out if this guy owns the shop he's so vehemently defending? If not, someone needs to know that they've got an employee making their business look terrible.

Awesome way to start my Friday guys, I've been reading this since I got to work and haven't done anything yet. LOL

ok my 2 pennies...

Turbobrian - If you own a business, it doesn't matter if you're having the shittiest morning of your life. You treat every customer or potential customer like they are the only customer you will ever have. You must always try to have that person leave happy or satisfied or **** like this happens. And with the internet age, 80% of potential customers are either brought in or kept away based on what they've read on the internet. One great review will yield 5 new customers and vice versa. You have to do this nowadays even if you have to take a little loss for that "one" happy customer. And you say your shop is a "man's shop", well this is not the way a real man is suppose to handle things.

ANMVQ - You should've voiced out every concern while you were at the shop sir. The shop owner can't satisfy you if he doesn't know what your concerns are. Brian is right that not every shop know the details of every vehicle, they usually specializes in something. But you are entitled to your own opinion and however you want to voice out that opinion. And in no way you are required to retract anything you've written or said about any given business. It's just the way things are in this world.

p.s. I'm a Marketing Consultant for YELP so I think I have an idea how this business/potential customer relationship work.

TURBOBRIAN, you don't happen to have worked for GST here in the Bay Area have you?

I was thinking the same thing. :rofl2:

Also, this ******* isn't from Motion Labs. He's from another shop. It's worded strangely in the initial post.

Dude this has become like an example of what not the **** to do for a company teaching a new employee customer relations, If you own a tuning shop your emailing this to your guys with subject line "If I hear about something like this from one of you hope your desk is empty by the time I get into your office."

Sometimes you get a bad customer and if they are really bad you quietly blacklist them and don't deal with them anymore, you don't do this.<- even that can get you in trouble but it is the MAX you can do if you really hate someone.

Well said. And you know there's no way in hell someone dumb enough to lash out like turbotard did is smart enough to own a business. Sure would be a shame if someone tracked down the owner and forwarded this thread on to him as an example of his employee's conduct.
