As a business you have to take the high road. Every business has an unsatisfied customer from time to time. But you don't approach it like this. You're working against yourself every time you post.

I thought I made it clear I want zero 370z business. If someone wants to rent my dyno thats fine. And if anyone needs some advice on something Ill do my best to help out. (Like a shitty e-tune for example)

there's R/T tuning in Philly that are very good.
AAM Competition in MD that are very good and only do nissan/infiniti

those are the 2 east coast ones that i prefer and trust heavily.

Agreed Vince and those guys are super spoke to them a lot, Along with Real deal, Cliff pointed my to them. Motion Lab has been good for us and Alex and Todd have done a few things for me before( When FI'd) Thought I give them a shot.

Whether you want 370 business or not, this thread will show up when someone googles you. It's not just 370 business you're potentially running off. If I was considering using you and I came across something like this, there is no way I would use your services. And you'll never know how many people would have been your customers but were turned off.

If someone doesn't come to my business because I stick up for myself then I did myself a favor. Thats why I'm here and thats why google is good for situations like this. This guy could have very well called me back to explain his graph again, Has no idea what he talking about with EFI tuning and takes a private conversation with a customer the wrong way, Decides to just post something negative and false. Or maybe he was still upset he didn't get greeted with a hug. Either way if you guys want to keep going do it. I'll be done when its locked.

It's not the sticking up for yourself that was the issue. It's the douchebaggery way you handled the follow up that is the root of the problem. Most of the tuner shops, you definitely included, would be so much better off with a PR person to handle their public interaction.

We'll let you keep digging your hole. You're not defending yourself to prospective customers. You're showing potential customers that you're childish and immature. You're not sticking up for yourself attacking people. You're making your company look bad, not defending it.
