Uprev or not?

When getting it done at a shop you typically buy the license which is $300 then they charge you for dyno time. Down here it's about $175hr, so about 2hrs

When getting it done at a shop you typically buy the license which is $300 then they charge you for dyno time. Down here it's about $175hr, so about 2hrs dyno time is about $350. So $650-700 total gets you done.
