Suggestions on map tuning

What's up guys. I will be tuning my car next week at Stillen.
I wanted to know if you guys have any ideas for maps when I tune my car. I currently have a Stillen G3 CAI, Ark Grip Exhaust, and a Stillen Under drive crank pulley. Also for those of you that are already tuned, what are the different types of maps that you guys have?

Thanks guys any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Stillen will probably give you 3 maps.

The ones that I have are:
Map 1: Tuned Map ~310hp
Map 2: Valet Map ~ Engine Governor at 2,300rpm
Map 3: Security Map~Car won't start at all if in this map even with keys in ignition

I think these are the most "useful" maps even though I've only used the valet a handful of times. I would say get a launch controller (Hold RPMs) map instead of the security map. I'm going back to Stillen soon to have them do that for my tune

Tuned
Economy
Factory
valet(can be used as launch control)
Anti-theft

Have them smooth the throttle and do the fan control to aid in cooling

i would suggest looking up wstar's smooth throttle map and ask to have that applied to a duplicate tuned map so you can choose which you like better.

data is in first post here

I like the sound of that launch controller map.

I highly recommend this Throttle map to put in to one of the Maps. On wstar 1st post, the first throttle map that he posted can be copied and paste to the Tuner version throttle map settings Or show that link to your tuner.
This throttle map makes a lot of difference. My car's reponse at 2.2K RPm right away at 1/4 pedal push and it is not even a G37, but a crossoevr Infiniti EX35. I did have some post on that forum thread at the very end. :happydance:

But won't all the HP be concentrated on low RPM?

From my experience, the throttle response is early and goes all the way to WOT.

The throttle response seems to start from 2.3K RPM and up. It helps you drive quicker on the useable daily street RPM band of 2k-5k RPM.
