I did mentioned that you were pretty much spot on with your mod at 299whp. but I can see the 274 being a little bit high than average. its also depend on your setup. so don't feel bad. as an example here on my dyno sheet , the only way I could be at over 275wtq was using a lower gear on a dynapack. I proved this dynapack to be within 1% read(higher) from a dynojet a couple hours prior during that day. in average the guys get like 265wtq *peak* it will be different when someone is using a different intake manifold like the M370 since it shift the TQ down by like 300-400rpm which gives a small Tq gain in mid-range. due to longer intake runners. Edit; Also keep in mind about the SAE Vs STD dyno reading . STD being higher. this dynosheet is in SAE. http://www.the370z.com/members/megan...ure43795-a.jpg Quote:
as example on my VHR ECU they made 1 update. 1EA4B / 1EA4A they have several different Rom per year and some has update. As long as you stay within what your ECU accept . there will be no problem. All I know is I think you cant flash a rom with a complete different serial. depending on the serial you have. I remember at one point where my VHR was the primary and I wanted to flash my HR Ecu . it just didn't work. Wrong system file, something like this. |
Rom
Let me start by saying thank you,....... Just so I understand a tuner Can Not Flash a random ROM from some other 370z on to some one else's ECU because of serial numbers??

This is why I ask if a ROM from a different car can be used on another car :
"I can't post the ROM file because of size limits. Shoot me your email if you want my current ROM file" This is a question someone asked !!?? |
