Tune after LTH install

I recently got my LTH installed and I know that I need a re-tune. I had an Uprev tune done once before after my intake and CBE was put on.

Default Tune after LTH install

I recently got my LTH installed and I know that I need a re-tune. I had an Uprev tune done once before after my intake and CBE was put on. I am trying to get a hold of the place (guy) that did my initial tune, but he has not gotten back to me. I had to drive my car back from Simi Valley to San Diego and have put on about 250 mainly highway miles since the headers. How much further should I push it? It looks as though I will have to go back up to Long Beach or Simi for the re-tune. Am I hurting the car or risking detonation?? Advice wanted. Thanks guys.
