UpRev not loading onto S.A 370Z's ecu
 

Hi Guys.

Busy with a fully built GTM stage 2 built on a car here in South Africa.

We are at the tuning stage and now have a major problem with the UpRev software not loading onto the cars ecu.

It would seem that the South African ecu derivative is for some reason different to the Z's in the US and in Germany. The part number is 23710 - 1EX2A, the guys at UpRev say all their ecu part numbers end in a B.
They have tried to send new tuned ROM maps but none of them seem to work.
Has anyone else had a similar problem, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hey sorry to hear of the issue. Have you tried contacting a US based tuner ,IE Vince @RT , Rob @ Kaizen or The guys at Realdeal? I would start there maybe your reading the ECU wrong? I thought the ROM number is what was the key. When I was SC I was tuned fine, When I went back NA I had to have the ECU updated and my ROM changed and I had to send UPREV my "new" ROM. What year is the Z?

I don't think the ECU's are different. Also OP I just checked and 1EX2A is listed on the rom support matrix... did you guys do a dump and send it in?
