I have been trying to reach you guys for nearly 3 weeks, really need an update to my tune. I have sent all the files and am still waiting. I tried to call, emailed both info@ and sales@, hit up yalls FB page, sent you a PM here....really running out of options here.

Can you still do a chargeback off your CC? They've failed on holding up their end of the deal. You're not the only one they've pulled crap like this with. Good luck. If you've got the software license and cable, can Visconti send you the tune? It wouldn't be free, but it would be something.

Ive really been thinking about using visconti but im not sure i can get my money back since i origionally purchased back in August of 2013 so its been quite a while. I contacted ecuteck and ill give it another week of attempts before i start filing with paypal (who i used).

Sorry, like I responded in the email, we have changed over to a newer support desk for file service. Sorry for the mix up, but if you will send data and responses back as reply to that email, you will always get an update telling you where your ticket is in the system.

PM's are the least likely way to get a hold of us, as we really don't frequent the forums we sponsor all that often( visiting 30 something forums per day does not leave a huge amount of time to do actual work!)

I thought we had all of our customers covered, and everyone was up to speed on the newer procedure, but it looks like you got left off the bus on that change over, my bad.

BTW, if you call form over seas using a VOIP server, please leave a voice mail with your local time, and number. We have a ton of customers that do use services like Google for their overseas calls to us, and while our phone system will give us the caller ID, we can't make a return call that way.

When I called and left a message I left an email and even spelled it out phonetically just to avoid confusion Annnnd i sent multiple emails to both your addresses listed on your website on top of your Facebook page.

THAT ALL SAID....within a few hours of emailing Ecuteck i got a resolution and you guys sent another file which is great. In addition your new email service is slick and i like how it works so meh, lets keep going.

What email should we send our data to? Seems like they might still have my wrong email in the system, have not received an update for couple weeks.

Its been a long year already with the new web-store, and growth we have had in the last 4-6 months. So the new support system helps us sort of keep track of everyone, and it allows you to see where we are on your ticket.

Sorry for all the confusion, but lots of growing pains here, and we are still learning to deal with customer service issues as quick as possible.

This was originally posted in the "Smooth throttle for Uprev" thread, but it is probably relevant here also.

This post may not be anything special to the track guys, but there is something worth mentioning to the street guys with a 7AT. I just completed the current Dynotronics Ecutek remote tune on my 2013 7AT. The car is completely stock and street driven smoothly with restraint when the wife is along but with gusto when she’s not.

On the street in stop and go traffic the stock throttle response has an annoying delay that is actually dangerous in slow tight situations that require quick acceleration. From what I read in "Smooth throttle for Uprev" thread it appears that wstar has developed a throttle table (2300) in Uprev that cuts the delay but accelerates hard with very little throttle pedal input. This sort of throttle response is ok with the 6MT in street traffic because the clutch can be used to modulate the torque to the rear wheels. However, on 7AT cars with stock stall speeds, smooth starts in heavy traffic require extreme throttle foot control. Wstar also commented “the curves are backwards from where they should be for drivability”. Soft response without delay at small throttle pedal inputs makes street driving more relaxed and might be a benefit on the track. I think I have this now with the tune in my Z.

The first try for a suitable throttle response curve was a 1:1 coupling of the throttle pedal to the throttle. This resulted virtually in no delay but the engine almost jumps out of the car with a short ¼ throttle stab at the pedal. It was impressively quick reving in neutral but difficult to drive with an automatic on the street. After a few iterations of logging data and adjusting throttle response to throttle pedal inputs, the delay is nil and the action of the throttle is smooth and gradual at throttle pedal inputs up to about 10%, but responds like gang busters if you put your foot in it.
