I haven't yet but I should..

He's sending me another cable so I can set my ECU back to stock completely, via laptop. I originally wanted to do so but he said the only way I could was to send out my entire ECU to him..but now I can do it via cable & laptop

?

He agreed to refund me fully after I get my ECU back to stock and return the cable to him, problem is I have no idea when I'll even get a cable.

Wow. I guess my initial impression of that guy was right on. I wonder how many others have been treated the same way but haven't posted here.
