How to go back to stock tune?

Sorry for thread jacking but is it possible for dealerships to be able to tell you've mucked around with the ECU if you just switch the map to stock? What

What if you flashed it back to stock? would they be able to tell then?

If they were specifically looking for UpRev tune for some reason they could try map switching and see if it works. The cruise light blinks to verify map switching. If they attempt to reflash an update to your ECU(they shouldn't do this without permission), it could wipe out your uprev license.

If you flash back to stock before going to dealership then your ECU is basically restored bit-for-bit exactly to pre-UpRev state, no trace.
