Default Uprev fan control

I haven't used Osiris or ROM editor for a LONG time so maybe that's why, but I just plugged in my cable, updated the software and tried to change the radiator fan duty cycle but I don't have the same options as everyone else. I can only change the temperature in which the fans kick in as shown below. I figured this might be a firmware version issue but the Cable Manager shows no available updates.

It's probably something stupid, but what am I doing wrong?
