Can someone tell me where in PUERTO RICO are a good uprev tuning or reflash dyno?

Your best bet is probably word of mouth. Try calling up places like Mech Tech or going to one of the races in Salinas and asking around. Don't worry about looking for just Nissan guys. Ask anyone with a modified car that looks like it was done right. Ask the Corvette guys (there are quite a few of them down there) the Porsche guys, etc... A good tuner is a good tuner.
