UpRev Tuners in the North East? I live in Maine...HELP

Hey all, i'm located in Maine, and unfortunately there are no close by tuners (that i am aware of). I did a search on the site and turned up Synaptic 3 Performance Synaptic3 Main Page Located in NH. What i am wondering is, does anyone have any experience dealing with them? Their site looks pretty legit, but then again that doesn't mean a whole lot... Any suggestions otherwise? I may be down to travel as far away as MA. Thanks!

Are you deadset on getting on the dyno? you can also do the etune route from home on your own schedule if you want... plus you get the uprev cable so you can reflash back to stock, datalog, check and clear codes, etc

How good is etune? I thought they just send you a pre-configured ecu based on what mods you have? I am not really looking for peak power, just improved performance

Take the ride to PA in lansdale and go to rt/tuning I know it's a Lil far but well worth easily one of the best on east coast if not country

It starts off with a preconfigured tune for your mods, then you drive around and record a bunch of engine parameters with the uprev software (datalog) and have the tuner tweak the maps for your specific car. Repeat several times until its running spot-on

Sounds interesting! What is the price tag for something like that? If its not very much cheaper i'll just make the drive out somewhere.

PA is a hike man... Link me their website

You can get the Osiris standard package with etuning for as low as $450, or the full tuner package for $550 (for the DIY guys).

With both of them you get the uprev cable so you can datalog, check and clear codes, as well as reflash back to stock later on and sell it used or use it on a different vehicle.

Dyno tuning will set you back on average $600, and no cable

EDIT: If anyone needs advice on where to find these killer deals PM me ;)

that Synaptic 3 is a licensed Uprev dealer/tuner according to their website.

if you dont do that then there are plenty of places just a bit south of maine. lots of licensed dealers/tuners. most of which have done forum members cars in the past.
