hp numbers with uprev tune

got a chance to get on a dynojet this past weekend. little cooler weather than i was tuned with, but i was VERY happy with the numbers.

Made 326whp, 269tq.

every car was reading lean that day so idk if it was just the extreme cold or the 02 sniffer was a lil off.

thoughts??

Stout numbers. That's around what I was expecting, but I was much less after tuning. 304whp and 243lbft. Mine was in the balls heat of Vegas in August, I'm going to have my Wife drop my car off and get new spark plugs installed and redyno'd while I'm out here in AFG. Should be pretty painless. May have to buy her shoes or something for the effort lol.

looks nice, kind of lazy though - what are your mods? :)

Z-Fighter 11-01-2012 03:04 PM

Those numbers seem oddly high with your mods..

Jordo! 11-01-2012 06:53 PM

What were they SAE...

edub370 11-01-2012 08:30 PM

Not sure. Dyno'd at another pace earlier this year (same mods, warmer weather, local heartbreaker dyno) and made 293whp and 243 tq. So i imagine with this dyno reading more generous i am realistically closer to 310-315whp and 255-260tq. But I'll just say 326hp and assume my car is a factory beast ;)

hey guys..does the UpRev F with daily driver reliability much? aside from adjusting the lean to rich ratio? Thanks

newp. you probably wouldn't know it was on there if i didn't tell you. it just cleans up your afr's to pick up a few hp (~10-15hp). also it can take out that nasty little electronic throttle lag we have (my least favorite feature of this car), can change the rev limiter (No need really since you won't be making more hp way up there), and take off your top speed limiter.

heck if u want, you can set a stock map as 1 of your 5 maps you can save and swap through via your cruise control

gabe3d 11-03-2012 08:07 PM

Any reason why they stopped your baseline pull only at 7000 rpm (looks like they let off the throttle)?

edub370 11-04-2012 08:29 AM

It wasn't really a baseline per say, just my fist pull. I say that he ran it up to 7k and told him to go all the way up to 7500 on the next two pulls.

diddy535 11-04-2012 08:33 AM

So you can have the maps stored and recall different one when you want via the cruise control? No need to download it from your laptop or anything?

edub370 11-05-2012 01:01 PM

exactly. your tuner must set the different maps up. but once he does, u can swap through them at will
