Sell the car with the tune and have the new owner pay for the upgrade if they want it.... or buy the upgrade for $200, sell the License for more

Sell the car with the tune and have the new owner pay for the upgrade if they want it....
or buy the upgrade for $200, sell the License for more than $200 (less than $500 retail) to someone who wants the UpRev. Trick is, they still don't have a tune or any e-tunes if they buy from you.. so I would say $350 for the package and then they can buy an e-tune from Vince or Seb and get their ride tuned.... about $50 a tune
