Help! Uprev ecu flashing problem.

So i purchased the stillen kit, came with a stillen cable.. it was locked to stillen. i had my car reflashed from nissan, ecu is back to stock now.
tryed to use a friends cable but it had a lisence on it.
So i purchased a new up rev cable, tryed to load the tune on, Still giving me a lisencing error.
i dont know what to do, my cars sitting in a nissan bay, there getting mad because we cant move the car without a tune.
I dont wanna go buy the tuner lisence and find out its still not gonna work.
cable was 220, ive bought 4 f-ing lisences, 1 front stillen and 3 from outside sources.
uprev is saying i need to buy a pro tuner lisence? but my buddy was able to load a tune on with his cable, from the same tuner.
what am i missing here>?
