Never been a big fan of mail order tunes. Every car seems to have it's own personality and while you more than likely will get gains, not as much as a real dyno session with a real tuner.

Last Friday while on the dyno my car showed radical changes in fue/air from the last session. Could have been software related, could have been the gas? Dunno? But your taking a chance the car used for the baseline tune is identical to yours using the same fuel, etc.
