Default After Bolt-on and Tune

If you were to do the basic bolt-ons (Exhaust, HFC, Intake) and top it off with a up-rev tune and then you decide to go with the 4.08, would you need to get another tune? I'm that you would too to in order to have your MPH displayed correctly, etc...
