Question for the experienced people in this thread

I'm currently running Ark Dual Grip Exhaust and have Injen Cold Air Intakes. I'm installing CNT Resonated Test Pipes on Sunday. I heard just doing the combination of the three between HFC/CBE/Intake/Headers isn't going to make my car run too lean. Is my engine going to be safe and not too lean? Am I going to lose back pressure?

I plan on getting my car Uprev tuned sometime in the next few months. My question is, being that I am in Cali and am bound to get pulled over sometime and be forced to return to stock, how easy is it to go back to stock with all this?

Weird thing, before I got my tune with CAI/TP/CBE my car was super rich on the dyno. It doesn't always go LEAN...
