I wouldn't get the tune quite yet. As FL 4motion said, wait until you have done more to the exhaust system. It will be a bigger bang for your buck.

If the different maps are really important to you, you could go ahead and get tuned ~$650. But you would have to pay for dyno and tuner time again after you added more bolt ons ~$200.
