Is it a standard or norm when you purchase an uprev from a shop to include 5 maps? I feel like I asked a local shop about this and they

Is it a standard or norm when you purchase an uprev from a shop to include 5 maps? I feel like I asked a local shop about this and they wanted to charge me more for it...
