I got the exhaust and tune on the same day so I can't really tell which one made a bigger difference in power, but I can definitely say that the car runs much smoother and just feels much better after the tune.

Is the first run a true baseline befor exhaust was installed, or after install and just before tune?

First run was after install and before tune. So the gains are just from the tune itself.
