I bought the cable and software from Josh at Stillen. Just send him a PM and he'll give you a price. I bought it from him instead of Uprev directly because he was so helpful.

You don't need to buy the cable and software to get the tune though. I bought it because I wanted to be able to revert my ecu back to the stock tune in case the car had to go to the dealership for serious work. I live 2hrs away from anyone that does Uprev, if I was closer I would just have the shop change it back to stock when/if I needed and save the money of the cable/software. Having said that, I ended up paying $150 more doing it the way I did, compared to the cost of just getting the Uprev. So it was worth the money at the end of the day.
