Start with a full set of bolt-on parts IE G3 intakes- FI longtube headers- good Dual exhaust (FI/HKS) -- Pullies and a tune
That should get you around 315-325whp on a mustang dyno DAN |
Then vvel crack. Whenever that happens.
|
320 full bolt ons . dyno jet/ but the car runs the 1/4 mile in 12.42's
base line 260 to 264. 7 AT. 350 rwhp do not think this is possible Z |
Its possible but its gonna be expensive which you can get supercharege with that money
start with, ART pipe Fast intention catback NST pulley kit Motordyne manifold light flywheel and clutch Stillen Gen3 CAI Custom Uprev tune The list above should get you near 330 WHP. After that wait till GTM for there VVEL crack control then that should get you near 350 hopefully. |
I got 335 with the list below.
I think 350 might be a bit of a dream |

I went up to performance motersports (bump for them btw) and used there dyno. Other ppl will be able to tell what dyno.
Some people have thought make an intake manifold but... eh |
Yea I think 350WHP with "Juice" or FI is a bit of a dream. There are guys with full bolt ons- LTH and TP's, That make just a hair over 330whp. I'm sitting 298 WHP, And Headers and TPs are not going to give, me 50 WHP.. Maybe after GTM cracks the VVEL?? But no one is even sure what kinda gains thats gonna yield.

Thanks guys :)
I have a 370z 7AT 2010 Fast Intentions full exhaust AEM long tube filters Car makes 316whp / 259 lb /ft Dynojet ( stock 279hp / 237 lb / ft ) You say: Pulleys Intake manifold Uprev This maight take me to 325-330hp ? I will try :) You can see some dynopaper: Garaget | Nissan 370z (2010) |
Every dyno, even if the same brand, is different.

Exactly. So don't expect the same results as the next guy with the same mods. Just a word of caution.

I don't know about the MD intake. Don't get me wrong, MD is a GREAT company, but the gains are pretty hit and miss from reading through the thread.
Why is 350 your goal out of curiousity? Have you considered just staying with the power output you have now and removing some weight? Increase your HP to weight ratio a little more. |

Best thing is to do what Z eliminator did do your mods, Dyno tune the car get an idea of WHP then go the track and see how right it is.. I will making a trip before the track closes this year and see what my 60FT, trap MPH and times are and see how right the dyno was.

I will do some laps at Nurburgring this weekend :)
|
You lucky a$$hole. >=(

:iagree:

Thanks :)

The most ive seen was a 40th Anniversary run 335 to the wheels. So i dont see why down the road when more things come out and we cant get another 15hp. Our cars are still new. Plus i think he was still missing a pulley! So Add race gas (5+hp) and if anyone would ever make cams for our cars (10+ hp) and some head work (ported heads) The yes! Damn that would be a bad Z!
Also if you buy top brands like the Amuse exhaust thats 18 hp alone. Or Get a Nismo im sure it could reach. |
... :|

I mean, if my car was capable of running a 12.5, i'd be pretty happy with that... even if I didn't take it to the track and run a 12.5 ... for me that would just be because my old Evo X would run right around that, I had an ETS 4" IC, an UICP, a turbo back exhaust with tp, true CAI, 3 port boost solenoid and tune and the software the tuner estimated 383 whp 356 or so tq which was equivelent to a dyno jet dyno. He said with those mods i'd run a 12.5-12.8... but remember the X weighed in at what? 3500 lbs?
The car was a blast to drive though, so i'd just like to get to that point and i'd be happy... i'm not going to put gears in it though. |
Nissan's have very solid chassis, the Z wouldn't have much hp lose. But 350whp is still like 390 hp to the crank. I think it's doable. Get rid of all the cats, free flow exhaust, bigger intake, throttle body, and ecu tune should get you there. But keep in mind, mid range power output is also very important for NA. You don't wanna give up response and torque for some high rpm power.

You're not going to see 350whp DynoJet numbers with every bolt-on possible.

Tested the car at Nurburgring Nordschleife this weekend and made 8.28 BTG ( not pushing ) with stock not so good tires.. tracktion control on! If you will go fast on Nordschleife you must turn it of!
I was surprised how well the car handles.. realy good :) I think with R-tires and some pushing high 7 is not so hard.. Wery happy with the Car :) |

Greetings, kinda new to this forum, but I too have the same goal {albeit a little more extreme) 350Whp/2900lbs ;) Basically to have one of the most ridiculous N/A Z's out there. That being said I'm pretty sure it's possible...add those bolt ons people are talking about +these:
"Okada Projects - Plasma Direct Coil Packs" - Can be found on 370Tune.com "Impul - Throttle Body Kit" - Found also on 370Tune.com "Slightly* larger injectors - Can be found just about anywhere Use a 93 Octane tune, and a little luck, and you'll be right around 350 :) Now just try and tip the scales at 29XX lbs..Cheers, -OTK_Master |
The coil packs claim to increase hp, and tq. Ya I find that hard to believe. With the money you could put that towards saving for gears.
|
LTH, catback, CAI, under drive pulley, flywheel, uprev with 100 octane and a ton of timing, you might see 350whp. might. without the race gas you are looking at 320-340whp depending on dyno and conditions. still wont make sh1t for torque :icon17:
